Fennel & orange salad
Ingredients
- 1 bulb fennel, finely shredded – save the tops
- 1 orange, peeled and sliced or segmented
- Maldon sea salt & pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Method
- Mix the shredded fennel and the orange and arrange on a plate.
- Pour the olive oil on top.
- Season lightly and finish off with the fennel tops.

- 1 fenouil, tranché finement – garder les pousses vertes
- 1 orange, pelée et coupées en tranches ou en suprêmes
- Fleur de sel & poivre
- 2 càs d’huile d’olive
Méthode
- Mélanger le fenouil et l’orange, et déposer dans un plat.
- Verser l’huile d’olive.
- Assaisonner et finir avec les pousses.
Miam miam & Yum, ça me parait tout à fait adapté !
