Inspired by chef Hermé’s classic flavour combination Ispahan, this smoothie is pure bliss…

I had the immense pleasure of being treated to an afternoon tea in Hermé’s patisserie on the Champs Elysées not too long ago, and enjoyed an iced Ispahan drink that was so divine I couldn’t resist but reinvent in an extremely more basic form.

Raspberry, lychee & rose smoothie

  • Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • 200g Greek yogurt
  • 150g frozen raspberries
  • 150g lychees (I use canned ones as they are available all year round)
  • ½ tsp rose water
  • 100ml ice cold water
  • 1 tbsp acacia honey

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix to combine.
  2. Serve immediately.

Smoothie framboise, lychee & rose

Ingrédients

  • 200g de yaourt grec
  • 150g de framboises surgelées
  • 150g de lychee (je les trouve en boîte, en sirop quand ils ne sont pas de saison)
  • ½ càc d’eau de rose
  • 100ml d’eau glacée
  • 1 càs de miel d’acacia

Méthode

  1. Mettre tous les ingrédients dans un blender et mixer.
  2. Servir aussitôt.
